Rien de nouveau dans ma vie, si ce n'est que j'ai recommencé à postuler à des offres d'emploi. Je voulais juste parler d'une initiative formidable : l'opéra, le théâtre et le ballet au cinéma. Dans les cinémas Gaumont sont périodiquement retransmis pendant la saison d'hiver des captations du Metropolitan Opera, du Bolshoï et de la Comédie Française. La saison a commencé en Octobre, j'ai déjà vu Tristan et Isolde pour l'opéra, Roméo et Juliette pour le théâtre, et l'Âge d'Or pour la danse. Et demain je vais écouter Don Giovanni :)
Les places coûtent cher (24€ pour la danse, 34€ je crois pour l'opéra) mais voilà le bon plan : si vous avez un abonnement carte Pass, c'est compris dedans.

Nothing new in my life, except the fact I started to search again for a job. I just wanted to write about an amazing initiative : opera, ballet and theatre at the cinema. In France, it's in Gaumont theaters but there are projections worldwide. During the winter season they show captations of the Metropolitan Opera, of the Bolshoi and the Comédie Française (I think this one is France-specific). The season started this October, so far I've seen Tristan and Isolde for the opera, Romeo and Juliette for the theater and the Golden Age for ballet. And tomorrow I'm going to see Don Giovanni :)
Tickets are expensive, but over here if you have a cinema pass card they are included, so it may be worthwhile to check with your local theater. Company name of the events is Pathé Live, but I can't link because the site is regionalised. One thing that is important to know is that it's better buying tickets early, as they are quickly sold out.
Cela me fait du bien, car cela me fait sortir, autrement je ne sors que pour les cours de chant et les rendez-vous psy. Mais même si j'ai envie d'y aller, je sais que demain ce sera la torture et l'angoisse pour me décider à y aller. Après, j'en serai heureuse, mais avant...brrrr....
It's good for me because it makes me go out of the house, otherwise I only go out for my singing classes and my appointments with the psych. But even if I want to go, I know that tomorrow it will be torture and anxiety in order to decide to actually go. After the fact I know I will be happy to have gone, but before...brrrr...
