Emerging - J'émerge

J'ai eu un sale mois de mai. LA seule chose qui me tenait parfois c'était le crochet. On ne parle pas assez des bienfaits du crochet. Kathryn Vercillo en a fait son fer de lance. allez voir son blog s'il vous plaît. Il y a juste un problème de traduction automatique fantaisiste.

May was bad. THE only thing that made it tolerable was crochet. Crochet benefits on mental health are not enough known. It's Kathryn Vercillo's main focus.  Please go read her blog.
 
D'abord le cardi inspiré par Luna Lovegood. Trop Grand. Bleh. Mais je n'ai pas le courage de refaire. Je le déferai peut-être plus tard.

First, the cardi inspired by Luna Lovegood. Too large, bleh, but I don't have the courage to redo it. May have the fortitude to frog it later, though.

Et puis un top inspiré au départ par la balade Where the wild roses grow de Nick Cave. Il devait y avoir des roses partout sur les manches mais je n'en ai finalement gardé qu'une, assortie de trois feuilles pendantes. Le top rend mieux porté qu'à plat, j'essaierai de faire une photo porté.

And then a top that's inspired by Nick Cave's ballad Where the wild roses grow. I wanted roses everywhere but finally there is just one on the sleeve, with three pendant leaves. The top looks better when worn than laying flat; I will try to take pics on sunday.
