 Cette citation résonne en moi.

 A l'ESAT un éducateur m'a fait faire des exercices d'écriture et m'a parlé d'un site où je pourrais poster mes textes; ça m'intéresse, comme quelqu'un qui est accro à la lecture pourrait être intéressé à écrire lui-même, mais je me sens incroyablement bloquée. Je sais que tout ce qu'il y a à faire est de s'asseoir devant l'ordinateur et écrire jusqu'à ce que quelque chose de bon en sorte, mais c'est plus facile à dire qu'à faire...Je pense que cette citation est particulièrement inspirante parce que Van Gogh est venu très tardivement aux arts et a dû vraiment travailler pour y arriver. Ses premiers dessins, où la proportion des visages est toute fausse comme celle qu'un enfant dessinerait ont été conservés, par exemple. Aussi peut-être que la seule chose à faire est de vraiment plonger dedans et m'entrainer, en sortira ce que pourra.

This is striking a cord. At the ESAT an educator is making me do writing exercises and told me of a site where I could publish my texts. I'd be willing, as someone who is hooked on reading would find it interesting to produce material themselves, but feel incredibly blocked. I know all there is to do is sit in front of the computer and start writing until something good comes out of it, but it is easier said than done... I think the quote is particularly inspiring because I understand van Gogh was a late bloomer in the painting field, he came to it quite late in life, and had to really work for it. We have early drawings of his were faces' proportions were wrong, like the ones a child would draw, as for an example. So maybe all there is to do is to apply myself to it, come what may.
